Every booking, in one calendar.
The dates occupied on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Vrbo are read about every 30 minutes and land in the same room calendar, next to the bookings from e-mail. Overlaps show up; you confirm bookings and prices. On WhatsApp, the front desk answers guests at any hour, only from answers you approved.
What the film shows, in words
Check-in day, 20 rooms: 7 arrivals, 7 departures, 12 rooms occupied, 8 to clean. An e-mail from Mara Vălureanu, room 101, 13–15 October, is linked to the dates blocked in the calendar. The room calendar shows every night: direct and e-mail bookings, next to the dates coming from Booking.com and Airbnb. An overlap on room 101 shows up, and you choose which stays. The reply to the guest is ready and waits for approval; then the invoice for the stay.
Three things you tell it on a day with seven arrivals.
- 01
Read Mara Vălureanu's e-mail and link it to room 101, 13–15 October.
The stay goes into the calendar next to the dates blocked on Booking.com. If anything overlaps, you see it at once.
- 02
Tell Mara we expect her at 8 pm.
The reply is written, with the room, the dates and the total. It goes out when you press Approve.
- 03
Prepare the invoice for room 101.
The invoice draft comes from the stay: two nights at 250 lei a night.
The AI proposes, a person approves, then it carries it out.Nothing is sent, paid or signed without your yes. Every action stays on the record.
What works from day one. What it still needs.
Works today
- Rooms, stays, the room calendar and today's view: arrivals, departures, rooms to clean.
- Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Vrbo calendars from your links, read about every 30 minutes; for each room, a private busy-dates link you paste back into the platforms, so a booking on one blocks the others.
- Booking and cancellation e-mails from Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia become proposals, with the exact words of the message; you confirm them.
- Optionally, Beds24: bookings are read, without guest names or prices.
- The front desk on WhatsApp: it answers guests at any hour, only from the quick answers you approved; what it doesn't know becomes a request for you, and your answer goes out once you approve it.
- Guest e-mails read on request and replies sent after approval.
- A private check-in form and invoice drafts from the stay.
Needs an integration, or not done
- The guesthouse's e-mail (IMAP/SMTP, Gmail or Microsoft 365), so it can read guests' messages and send the replies.
- The invoice: after your approval it lands as a draft in SmartBill or Factureaza (a proforma in Oblio); you issue it there.
- The front desk on WhatsApp needs the guesthouse's WhatsApp Business number, connected to Meta.
- A direct link to Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia: none (each needs the platform's approval). Calendars bring occupied dates only, without guest or price; prices and availability are not sent to the platforms. Booking.com and Expedia offer calendar sync only to properties without a channel manager.
- Online payments and reporting to the authorities: not connected. It does not replace the legal guest register.
